Exploring Encinitas : Manchester Preserve
If you want to get outside and explore a little, head on over to the preserve. A neat, smallish, open space located between El Camino Real and Encinitas Blvd. featuring a myriad of easy trails to check out. The main entrance is a dirt parking area just off of Manchester Ave. Bring the fam out, go for a jog, or just meander around the trails with your pup. Nothing too strenuous, but if you do want to breathe a little heavier, head up the east ridge to get a workout of sorts and enjoy the views from the top. Cool place to get into the outdoors and breathe in some fresh air.
