We’re here as your local resource. Since you are not in North County, we are your ears and eyes on the ground. Our goal is to help you identify neighborhoods that work for you, guide you through the home buying process (remotely if needed), and help you get settled into your new home here in San Diego!

Our initial conversation is to let us get a better idea of how we can best help you. We find that a virtual face to face conversation (aka a Zoom Call) is the best way to let you ask any questions you may have. It also allows us to get to know you a little bit and ask a few important questions ourselves.

set up Your search

Once we get a good idea of what you’re looking for (neighborhoods, price point, wants and needs) we’ll get you set up on a search and send you new properties directly to your inbox. With our search tool, you’ll also be able to save specific properties, communicate with us through the app, and request showings easily.

Showings

With all the tools helping you narrow down which properties have potential, you’ll likely still want to see a property live before making an offer. If you are in town and can check out the property, that’s great! If not, we can do a video conference with you from the property or do an HD video walk-through for you to get all your questions answered.
